Senior Key Account Manager – Automated Intralogistics

TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire a Senior Key Account Manager. My client are providers of automated systems for customers distribution warehouses.
In this position you will be responsible for managing a key customer account managing, contracts, retrofitting, budgets, commercial proposals, customer relationship and more.
For this role you MUST have experience working in the automated intralogistics industry
Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned customer account, aligning commercial activity, contractual obligations and account objectives
Act as commercial owner for contract changes, variations, renewals, budget visibility, offer pipeline and financial governance
Lead retrofit works, lifecycle and obsolescence planning with service delivery, resident teams and customer technical stakeholders
Coordinate with the Resident Account Manager, Site Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Head of Operations and Customer Service Director
Own senior customer relationship health, supporting quarterly governance, strategy reviews, risks, actions and opportunities
Support project works and continuous improvement by validating customer value, commercial impact and contractual alignment
Strengthen the service department’s financial position through account planning, customer value development and promotion of service products
Own the commercial account plan, including renewals, pricing strategy, contract discussions and senior customer relationships
Identify and develop sales, retrofit, obsolescence and lifecycle opportunities aligned to customer priorities.
Lead service contract pricing, variations and commercial proposals, engaging the Customer Service Director and Head of Operations where required
Required Experience and Skills:
HNC/HND or Degree qualified; Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
IOSH/NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable
Experience in Automated Materials Handling, logistics automation, intralogistics or comparable service environments
Proven experience managing a major customer account with commercial, contractual and operational interfaces
Strong customer service, stakeholder management and senior relationship management experience
Experience negotiating and managing service contracts, variations, renewals, pricing proposals and commercial terms
Previous experience of budget control, financial governance, sales pipeline tracking and commercial reporting
Experience developing retrofit, lifecycle, obsolescence or service improvement opportunities into proposals TXM Recruit is an equal opportunity employer.
