Salary:              £48,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

As a Senior Interior Designer, you'll take ownership of prestigious international projects, manage a small team of talented designers and help shape the creative and technical direction of exceptional interiors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys leading people, delivering outstanding work and contributing to some of the most exciting projects in international hospitality design.

Package

£45,000 – £60,000 (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Duties

Lead the creative and technical development of exceptional luxury hospitality interiors
Manage and coordinate a small team of 3 - 4 interior designers, overseeing workloads, deadlines and design quality
Develop sophisticated design concepts and translate ambitious ideas into beautifully resolved interiors
Produce and oversee high-quality Revit models, technical drawings and detailed design packages
Collaborate with architects, consultants and specialist teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Mentor and support junior designers, providing creative direction, technical guidance and maintaining exceptional standards

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience within a UK-based interior design studio
Proven experience managing and leading a small design team of 3 - 4 people is essential
Strong Revit experience is essential, including producing and overseeing detailed technical drawing packages
Strong creative design abilities and/or excellent technical design and detailing skills
Experience delivering high-end hospitality or luxury residential interiors, supported by a strong portfolio
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to manage designers and coordinate multiple project responsibilities
