Job Overview
A Mid-to-Senior Interior Designer is required to join a strategy-led design practice in Edinburgh, working across retail and commercial projects. The role covers concept development, visualisation, technical design and delivery. It suits a confident designer with strong UK commercial experience, excellent presentation skills and the ability to contribute quickly across all project stages.
Role & Responsibilities
Deliver projects from concept through detailed design and completion
Produce coordinated working drawings, specifications and design information
Create mood boards, visualisations and client presentations
Attend client meetings, site visits and occasional project travel
Report progress clearly to the Design Director
Skills & Experience Required
Interior Design or Interior Architecture degree
At least 4 years of UK commercial experience
Strong retail or commercial interiors portfolio
Vectorworks experience
Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and EnscapeYou should understand commercial strategy, customer flow and how design decisions support project objectives. Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills are essential.
Salary & Benefits
