Senior Integration Engineer (UI/UX/Orchestration)

Description:

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to lead the end-to-end integration architecture for an enterprise AI companion ecosystem. Operating across Microsoft 365, messaging brokers, and core ERP systems, you will build scalable back-end connections, automate Teams app deployments, and establish robust event-driven pipelines bridging end-user touchpoints with critical enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Teams Orchestration: Architect and own the integration between back-end services and Teams/Copilot Studio; build a pacing service to throttle message bursts, design dynamic Adaptive Cards with approval actions, and establish CI/CD deployment pipelines via app setup policies.
Enterprise Messaging & Notifications: Extend the centralized Microsoft Graph email service (managing rate limits, branded templates, and audit logs) and manage reliable proactive bot messaging with delivery receipts.
System Integration & Resilience: Build unified, reusable SAP connectors, implement shared resilience libraries (retries, backoff, circuit breakers), and extend event-driven pipelines across Kafka and Google Pub/Sub with schema validation and dead-letter queues.Requirements

Technical Expertise: 6+ years in back-end/integration engineering using Go (or similar typed languages), with deep experience in event-driven architectures, Google Pub/Sub (or Cloud Run), and Microsoft Entra ID (workload identity federation, app registrations).
M365 & Bot Integration: Hands-on production experience with Teams app manifests, proactive messaging, conversation references, Adaptive Cards, Power Platform/Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph APIs (sendMail, throttling, retries).
Enterprise Systems: Proven track record integrating with SAP (OData, RFC/BAPI, or BTP) and/or Kafka using a schema registry.Randstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
