Senior Insight Analyst - Retail
Hybrid working: London WC2 office 2 days a week
Salary negotiable DoE £40,000 - £50,000

Our client is a driving force in the UK Retail market and are looking to grow their Insight team. The Senior Analyst is pivotal in providing insights that enable them to be the leading voice for Retail in the media and offering data-driven insight into the market.
The role holder will own and develop a core set of insight products, measuring their success through engagement. They will be organised and methodical, use their knowledge of the Retail market, collate material from multiple sources to identify market trends, and ensure they have well-informed positions on important matters.
Full accountability for managing the design and delivery of crucial insight products. Responsibilities include the following:
Product Management
Product Production
Surveys and Benchmarks
Thought leadership
Required Skills and Experience
• Strong analytical skills to identify data needs, gather data from various sources, and produce valuable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in PowerBI, Tableau or Qlikview
• Experience of SQL, VBA, Python, R or SAS.
• Good understanding of the Retail market desirable, including knowledge of key data sources.
• Experience in managing the end-to-end process of designing an insight publication or solution.
• Skilled in communicating complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that all activities are well-documented and reported.
