Gloucestershire (Hybrid)
Looking for a genuinely strong Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security Engineer who wants to work across complex customer environments, influence technical direction, and operate as a trusted technical advisor.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role with a strong focus on:
???? Microsoft 365 architecture & optimisation
???? Entra ID & Conditional Access
???? Intune & Endpoint Management
???? Microsoft Security stack (Defender / Purview / Sentinel)
???? Zero Trust & secure design principles
???? Tenant remediation & standardisation
???? Copilot, SharePoint & collaboration tooling
???? PowerShell & automation
???? Customer-facing consulting & technical leadership
You'll be:
✅ Leading complex technical projects & escalations
✅ Designing secure Microsoft environments
✅ Improving engineering standards & service quality
✅ Mentoring engineers & sharing best practice
✅ Supporting migrations & modern workplace transformations
✅ Working directly with customers at both business & technical levels
Ideal background:
✔ Strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience
✔ Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Security expertise
✔ Experience in MSP or multi-customer environments
✔ Microsoft security tooling experience
✔ Comfortable leading conversations with customers
✔ MS102 / MD102 / SC / AZ certifications highly desirable
