The Role: Senior HR Business Partner
Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Analyse data to inform decision-making.
Lead projects in Leadership Development, Org Design, Career Development, and more.
Drive improvements in Talent, Performance, Engagement, Retention, and Culture.
Manage complex ER issues.
Promote diversity and inclusion within our workforce.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role you will need;
Strong strategic business partnering with senior leaders.
Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
Experience in managing large-scale HR projects including Organisational change and Transformation.
Proficiency in Employee Relations and Transformation Programs.
Passion for mentoring and team development.
Ability to prioritise and action multiple competing deadlines.
CIPD Qualified
Strong team player work ethic
