Description:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a West Midlands-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Senior HR Lead, for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will involve a hybrid working approach with a mix of remote working and on site.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the operational delivery of the workforce programme to support the planning and delivery of a large Transformation Programme;
* Overseeing the workforce planning elements of the Transformation Programme leading the development of workforce plans, development plans, training plans and recruitment plans;
* Delivering workshops with key stakeholders and developing service and workforce plans;
* Co-ordinating information and assuming responsibility for the development of project plans;
* Providing support to services in delivering their organisational development agenda;
* Devising and owning HR Project plans and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of delivering HR / People transformation programmes within the NHS;
* Project management background;
* Workforce planning experience on large complex projects, ideally in a health sector;
* The ability to build, establish and maintain influential relationships to drive effective decision making
