Rotherham
£22 per hour
Full Time Contract ( 1-2 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior HR Consultant in Rotherham. This is a contract with a scope for transferring to permanent position working full time hours.
The job:
Carry out research, monitoring of data and reviews of local and national policy and best practice
Lead / facilitate other staff to ensure effective service delivery and delivery of projects, including training
Provide effective performance management and coordination of resources
Organise and chair meetings, focus groups, and working groups
Ensure good financial management
The candidate:
Experience in a similar role within the public sector
Experience supervising others in a HR setting
Experience working in a trade union environment
