We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) to lead our client in London on a permanent basis.
We Need:
A senior solid business partner, not someone looking to step up from an advisory role.
Solid experience as a project lead on various HR initiatives
A professional with a strong background in generalist HR and robust ER experience.
Solid permanent work history preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a detailed HR plan that includes organisation design, workforce planning, skill development, and more.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and drive HR best practices across the business.
Act as a subject matter expert on complex employment cases and lead HR transformation projects.
Minimum of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to travel
