Situation

Requirement for a confident HRBP to support the Operations Director and the Procurement Director of a £billion turnover Rail industry leader, on crucial activities for the business.

As a business they have made significant progress towards modernising their operation and are now looking for a HR Business Partner to continue this journey, by providing generalist HR Support to the Doncaster sites, and put their stamp on HR projects such as wellbeing & sustainability.

The Opportunity:

Ford and Stanley are proud to be collaborating with an established £1billion T/O logistics group, on their search for a capable Generalist HRBP, to work at our client’s distribution site in Doncaster. Supporting two operational Directors, and their senior leadership decisions, you will be instrumental in bringing positive influence to multiple sites.

Job Role: HR BP

Working Practice: Hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent 

 Location: Doncaster 

Essentials Criteria:

Logistics / Warehousing HR experience
At least senior HR advisor level knowledge with ability to question & advise leadership in HR matters.
CIPD L5 qualified
Generalist background
