As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior management to provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and procedures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coaching managers on HR processes, mentoring and supporting junior team members, and interacting with stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with excellent communication and organizational skills. While a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred, we will consider candidates who are studying towards this qualification if they have the relevant experience and skills.
