H9 Human Resources are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant looking to take the next step in their hr career into a senior role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting our employees. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives.
Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries.
Help manage employee relations by addressing issues, concerns, and providing guidance to staff.There is the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week and the salary offered is up too £27,000pa.
