Liberty Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with our client to source a Senior HR Advisor, based in Eastleigh, on a full-time permanent basis, with the option of home working 3 days a week.
This is a real generalist HR role where no two days are the same. Its is also a very busy position where changing priorities will need to be considered, so being organised is a non-negotiable!
Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR, some of your responsibilities will include;
Provision of specialist HR advice to managers on a wide range of complex HR issues
Providing advice, support and guidance to HR Advisors with their caseload
Researching and designing HR policies, systems, processes and procedures
Designing and delivering training to line managers on HR topics
Oversee the management of the HR Advisors
Assisting the Head of HR with the implementation of key HR strategies and working on a wide range of projects
As an individual you will be a self-starter, pro-active, have significant HR experience and
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and excellent communication skills together with the ability to multi-task. You will be approachable and be confident coaching others.
