Senior HR Advisor
CIPD level 5 or equivalent desirable
Based in Alfreton but some travel required
Salary: Dependant on experience but between £40K and £45K but comes with additional benefits

My client has a workforce of over 1,000 people within 16 operations centres from Kent to North Lanarkshire, together with our central head office facility in Derbyshire.
This is an active and challenging HR role that requires an exceptionally organised and proactive individual to support the provision of a professional and comprehensive HR service across the Group, inclusive of all employee relations matters, recruitment, learning and organisational development and general support to line managers and colleagues. The role will include occasion travel to other Company locations across the UK. A full driving licence is therefore an essential requirement
