Senior HR Advisor

Are you a confident, practical HR generalist looking for a role with real ownership, autonomy, and influence?

This fast-growing business is looking for an experienced, commercially aware HR Advisor to support and shape their evolving People strategy. 

This is a broad, hands-on generalist position where your expertise will directly improve day-to-day HR practices and drive meaningful change.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead ER case management independently, offering clear, pragmatic advice while balancing people, risk, and commercial needs.
Partner with and coach line managers to handle people challenges effectively, empowering them to lead rather than doing the job for them.
Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, while supporting payroll, benefits, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
Help modernise and streamline how the People function operates to support business growth.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven generalist HR experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines.
Confident Employee Relations skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations and provide decisive advice.
Background in customer-centric, fast-moving environments (such as leisure, tourism, retail, travel, or hospitality) is highly desirable.
A practical, commercially focused mindset that avoids overcomplicating HR processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for developing others.
