Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and driving various initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
Supporting the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Collaborating with management to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Managing employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Supporting performance management processes and facilitating training programmes.
Analysing HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR practises.

Who is the ideal candidate?

Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable HR professional with:

A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the engineering or technical sector.
A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practises.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for supporting employees.
A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) is desirable.
