Description:
Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working exclusively with a Wolverhampton Family owned company to recruit for a SENIOR COORDINATOR for a busy engineer helpdesk.
This role will be responsible for leading the team on a day to day basis and responsible for escalations!
The ideal person will have strong initiative, always thinking 2 steps ahead, be a real problem solver but someone who can guide the Coordinators to ensure the work load is complete, customers are happy and engineers have everything they need!
Daily duties
* Supporting the coordinators regarding day to day work load - allocating and confirming completion
* Point of contact for engineers and customers regarding escalation
* Allocating engineers to site for reactive works, ensuring SLA’s are met
* Raising purchase orders and arranging for parts to go to site.
* Communicating with engineers and clients regarding revisits / ETA’s
* Managing the Email portal and inhouse system ensuring constantly updated
* Closing down jobs and supporting with correct paperwork for invoicing purposes.
This role is all about taking ownerships from cradle to grave and being able to delegate effectively whilst still being hands on and apart of the team!
Salary is £26,000 to £28,000
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm office based
