Role Overview
Affinity Staff is seeking experienced and proactive Senior Healthcare Assistants (Senior HCAs) to lead care shifts and support high clinical standards at a top-tier care facility in Braintree, Essex.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising care teams on shift to maintain exceptional quality of care.
* Administering medication accurately in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards.
* Updating care plans, conducting risk assessments, and logging incident reports.
* Liaising with visiting healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary teams, and family members.
* Responding promptly to emergency situations and escalating clinical concerns appropriately.
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months of experience in a UK care setting, with proven supervisory experience.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
* Certificate in Safe Administration of Medication.
* Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willing to process one).
* Full Right to Work in the UK.
