Senior Health and Safety Advisor – Chelmsford – Up to £55,000 – Manufacturing
The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will:
Promote effective EHS Management including influencing “behaviour” and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site
Ensure that all EHS policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are reviewed, updated, and communicated
Work alongside the organisations’ key stakeholders and the wider business to implement a positive safety strategy
Ensure risk assessments and safe working procedures are completed and reviewed within relevant timescales
Proactively support management with risk assessments, audits and inspections across the site and create action plans for improvements The successful Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have:
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification as a minimum
Effective communication skills
3-4 years’ experience in an operational Health and Safety role
