Senior Hardware Design Engineer - Exciting Opportunity with Leading Tech Company
Lynx is working with a renowned tech company to recruit a Senior Hardware Design Engineer. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in new product introduction as well as sustaining engineering for ground-breaking products. This is a hybrid role and also offers a bonus of 3-6%.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design electronic circuits, subsystems, and systems covering analog, digital, and RF
* Schematic capture, layout, and library management
* Evaluate new systems and technologies for feasibility and product design
* Technical support for production, manufacturing, and troubleshooting
* Design verification, testing, and documentation
Requirements:
* 4+ years of relevant hardware design experience
* Strong expertise in digital circuit design (microprocessors, FPGAs, high-speed peripherals)
* Solid skills in analog circuit design (power supplies, etc.)
* Familiarity with PCB layout, EMC/CE marking, and design for IPC
* Hands-on experience in PCB testing
Desired:
* 7+ years of hardware design experience
* Proficiency with industry-standard design tools – Altium preferred
* Understanding of military/airborne design standards (MIL-STD, DO-160, etc.)
* Practical testing skills with scopes, analysers, JTAG boundary scan, etc.
