Experience: 6+ years (agency essential)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

I'm working with a well-established, design-led digital agency based in Wokingham who are looking to hire a Senior Designer with strong website design experience, alongside solid digital, motion, brand and print capability.

This role is ideal for someone currently working in a top-line agency environment who enjoys variety, working across multiple clients, and taking projects from concept through to delivery.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced designer who is ready to take a leading role in shaping creative direction, developing talent and inspiring those around them. You'll work closely with the wider team and our clients, turning complex briefs into thoughtful, engaging and effective design solutions, while ensuring every project meets the highest creative standards.

We're proud of the long-standing relationships we've built over the years, and we're excited about what comes next. We're looking for someone who can help us strengthen those partnerships, win new business and continue to evolve the work we do..

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and mentoring a team of designers, supporting their creative development and day-to-day work.
Setting the creative direction for projects, from initial concepts through to final delivery.
Reviewing work, providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistently high design standards.
Collaborating with the wider team to interpret briefs, develop ideas and deliver effective creative solutions.
Building strong client relationships and confidently presenting and articulating creative thinking.
Helping manage studio workflow, project priorities and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
Contributing to pitches, new business opportunities and the continued growth of the agency.
Bringing new ideas, inspiration and fresh perspectives to the studio, helping us evolve creatively.

What We're Looking For

6+ years' graphic design experience, agency background essential
Strong portfolio showcasing website design, digital and print work
Confident across digital and print (this is not a digital-only role)
Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour and composition
Experience designing for responsive web and multiple devices
Proficiency in Figma and XD but open to others
Comfortable working across multiple clients and briefs
Clear communication skills and confidence explaining design decisions

Nice to Have

Experience working with or contributing to design systems
Understanding of UX principles and accessibility
Exposure to rebrands or larger website builds

Why Apply?

Hybrid working with a Wokingham-based office
Varied client work with no single-brand focus
Supportive, design-led agency culture
Clear progression and development opportunities
Strong emphasis on quality, not just output
