Senior Graphic Designer – Adobe Creative Suite – Wakefield/Hybrid
 
Our client is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join a new team of brand creatives. This team will be instrumental in celebrating all of life's moments with colleagues, customers, and partners. Main Responsibilities:

Creative Conceptualization: Develop and translate creative concepts and visual executions that align with the brand into live environments. Experience with UX and UI design is desirable but not essential.
Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative materials, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
Multichannel Design: Design compelling and engaging visuals for an omnichannel spectrum.
Creative Direction: Lead the creative direction of projects, including both offline and online content, with particular support for the Digital Editor on website communications.
Innovative Design Solutions: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring innovative solutions, particularly in video advertising.
Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the business to develop integrated design solutions that drive business and project objectives.
Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve design concepts and materials. Confidently present to stakeholders at all senior levels, including the Executive Board.
Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Oversee and provide feedback on outsourced projects to maintain creative consistency.  
The Ideal Candidate:

Substantial, proven experience as a graphic designer preferably within a retail brand, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
You can confidently present to clients and senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
You are comfortable and engaged in meetings and workshops and can challenge a brief to get to the best solution.
A strong verbal and written communicator, you are good with people and highly interactive.
Experience in creating and editing videos is essential
Strong design concepts and the rationale behind them
Solid understanding of digital design and animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics
Proven experience in branding and multi-channel campaigns
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
Experience in Animation/Motion Design is desirable
