As a Senior Global Payroll Specialist for an international law firm. You will be reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, you will act as deputy and drive accurate payroll operations. This role requires exceptional, hands-on expertise in US multi-state payroll processing, alongside international experience, to manage compliance, vendor relationships, and complex global mobility tasks.

Vendor Management: Challenge and manage external payroll providers to ensure top service levels.
Controls & Projects: Maintain robust payroll controls and drive continuous process improvements.What We Need From You
Strong, proven experience in US multi-state payroll processing.
Background in international or global payroll operations.
Ability to manage vendors, handle escalations, and execute year-end tasks.
