This means designing, developing and maintaining everything from the frontend build systems to UIs, talking to stakeholders, seeing things from a business perspective and working with product managers and architects to build out the requirements and technical design.
Coding is a part of the job, sure, but you’ll get involved in day-to-day delivery, some project management, dealing with non-technical problems and being responsible for the quality and success of the live new features.
This role isn’t for you if you just want to code and don’t like wearing so many hats, but if you take ownership and have the skills to do that well, the rewards can be massive, as the company isn’t scared of rapidly progressing salaries above the very top of the market for people like you.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
You’re a modern front-end developer with some experience working on e-commerce platforms (they use React and Redux but are open to other modern frameworks/libraries as the skills are transferrable).
You don’t fear a little chaos, you want to do the best work of your life, and you’re always looking to innovate and find those marginal gains.
We’re looking for the best developers, but that doesn’t necessarily mean just those with loads of experience or high current salaries; you could have five years of experience but embody the multi-skilled owner profile they like.
