Senior Front End Developer – Homebased - £55,000-£65,000
Our client are seeking a talented and experienced Front End Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other modern technologies. If you are passionate about front-end development and possess the required skills and experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain responsive and interactive web interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other frontend technologies.
* Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional web applications.
* Optimise application performance, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
* Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
* Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members as needed.
* Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in front-end development using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
* Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
* Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
* Experience with testing frameworks
* Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
* Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and practices.
