Exciting Opportunity for Senior FP&A Analyst - £65,000 - £70,000

Join an expanding consumer goods client as a pivotal member of our team!

Role Overview:

Lead and assist in the bi-annual budgeting processes.
Craft scenarios for various product launches and growth initiatives.
Work closely with global and commercial teams to grasp CPA, future growth forecasts, retention metrics, channel effectiveness, resource allocation, customer demographics, and other relevant insights.
Conduct weekly Periodic Business Reviews (PBRs) with key stakeholders to facilitate focused discussions and swift decision-making based on business performance.
Manage the rolling forecast process, amalgamating inputs from management accounts and business leaders to gauge the business implications of deviations from the plan across short, medium, and long-term perspectives.
Identify and assess business risks and opportunities, strategising to mitigate risks or seize opportunities while ensuring stakeholder accountability.
Regularly communicate and present analytical insights to senior management, highlighting observations that shape future strategies.
Prepare materials for bi-monthly board meetings.
Produce timely and high-quality outputs for ad-hoc requests, internally and from the Board, covering cohort analyses, LTV & payback rates, retention metrics, margin drivers, cost-saving initiatives, working capital enhancements, and sensitivity analyses.
Propose and spearhead specific departmental goals each quarter, with a focus on enhancing reporting processes, conducting insightful business performance analyses, fostering forward-thinking perspectives, and driving better internal decision-making.Required Skills/Qualifications:

Fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant with substantial FP&A experience.
Proficiency in financial modelling and translating financial data into compelling narratives, both visually and verbally, for non-finance professionals.
Proven track record in stakeholder management.
Expertise in financial statements, P&L, Budgets, Forecasts, and change implementation.
