An innovative housing organisation with ambitious plans for further growth is looking to take on a Senior FP&A Analyst on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract that has potential to become a permanent opportunity.
This expanding company provides great quality homes and is a dynamic and collaborative place to work. This role requires a qualified accountant who is strong technically and enjoys working on various projects.
Responsibilities:
Business partnering with various stakeholders and providing strategic advice
Analysis of new and existing projects and strategies within the business
Presenting reports to senior leadership and looking at projections of business performance
Financial Modelling and the provision of commercial insight
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant
Experience within financial reporting, planning and analysis
Senior stakeholder management and strong excel skills
Desirable - Big 4 with Real estate/private equity background
