A forward-thinking Fire Consultancy, known for its technical excellence and dynamic team environment, is currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Fire Consultant to join their team in Shrewsbury. This consultancy has a strong track record of delivering comprehensive fire safety solutions across a diverse range of sectors.
The Senior Fire Consultant's Role
The successful Senior Fire Consultant will be responsible for conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments, reviewing Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and fire strategies. With a thorough understanding of British Standards, the Senior Fire Consultant will ensure quality and technical monitoring on various construction projects. They will also be a key point of contact for clients, providing robust fire safety advice, keeping abreast of current legislation, and developing fire safety strategies and management plans.
The Senior Fire Consultant
Must be registered on the FRAR (Fire Risk Assessor Register).
Extensive experience conducting site visits for Type 1-4 risk assessments.
Skilled in Fire Door and Compartmentation surveys.
Proficient with Bluebeam software.
Demonstrable experience in fire safety strategy development.
Proven ability to identify and solve fire safety-related issues.
Capable of supporting the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures.
A keen interest in further career progression within the risk assessment industry.In Return?
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
