Operate and maintain finishing equipment, including rollers and digital cutting tables.
Check completed work carefully against job specifications before it leaves production.
Work with the production team to keep jobs moving and meet agreed deadlines.
Support a clean, organised and safe working environment.Requirements:

Previous experience in large format print finishing or signage production.
A strong eye for detail and a genuine pride in producing quality work.
Good practical skills and confidence using workshop tools and finishing equipment.
Experience with acrylic, vinyl, composite panels and other common signage materials.
The ability to work under pressure without letting standards drop.
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
A willingness to grow with the role and take on management responsibilities when the right situations arise.
This role would suit someone who is already confident in their finishing skills and wants the opportunity to make a real difference. Our client is looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys solving practical production challenges and wants to be part of a growing business where high standards, teamwork and continuous improvement matter.
Most importantly, they want someone who genuinely enjoys their craft and takes satisfaction from seeing a great piece of work leave the building!
