Description:
LHH are currently working with a leading Sussex based business with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner (IT) role on a permanent basis. This highly successful business has been through a period of significant growth and due to this they are now looking to add to the team.
This Finance Business Partner role is a key position within the organisation and will have responsibility for supporting the IT function within the company. You will ensure that you are supporting decision making at a senior level and highlighting key financial issues and risks.
Key responsibilities will include:
Financial support for the strategic plan
Run future financial projections.
Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and control of the P&L
Cash flow and capital adequacy management; scenario analysis and risk management support
Project reporting and investment appraisal.
Working with business areas and finance to drive value through an integrated strategic and annual Plan.Key skills / experience:
Qualified Accountant with some PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Proven finance business partnering experience of an IT function is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
Strong systems / Excel Skills. Power BI knowledge would be desirable.
The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis 2 days a week in the Crawley office and is paying £70k plus good bonus and benefits
