Description:
An experienced Senior Finance Business Partner is required to provide commercial finance support across a portfolio of complex cleaning and security contracts. You'll work closely with operational leaders to strengthen margins, analyse labour performance and improve financial decision-making.
This 13-week contract suits a qualified finance professional with experience in labour-intensive, high-volume service environments.
The Role
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll:
Manage financial performance and margins across cleaning and security contracts.
Analyse labour utilisation, operational costs and financial variances.
Provide commercial insight to contract managers and operational leaders.
Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and cost-benefit analysis.
Translate complex labour costs into clear commercial recommendations.
Support bid teams with financial analysis for new Soft FM opportunities.
Monitor performance against KPIs and contractual service requirements.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify risks and improve contract performance. About You
To be successful as the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll have:
Full CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.
Experience managing labour-intensive operational budgets and contracts.
Strong commercial finance, modelling and variance analysis capabilities.
Experience within high-volume, low-margin service environments.
Knowledge of contract KPIs and performance against strict SLAs.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
The ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance leaders.
Soft FM, cleaning or security sector experience would be advantageous. What's in it for You?
