Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, delivering clear commentary and actionable insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
Conduct detailed variance analysis, KPI reporting and performance tracking across the business.
Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Partner with operational stakeholders to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Analyse trends, risks and commercial drivers to support revenue growth and profitability.
Produce high-quality reporting and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Continuously improve financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and data quality.Profile
The successful Senior Financial Analyst should have:
Previous experience in a Financial Analyst, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
Proven ability to perform detailed variance analysis and present financial performance trends to stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and reporting tools.
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
