Role and Responsibilities (Senior Fertility Nurse):
As a Senior Fertility Nurse, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their fertility journeys.
Collaborate seamlessly with our esteemed medical team to develop personalized fertility treatment plans.
Conduct patient assessments, perform ultrasounds, and proficiently administer medications.
Ensure the smooth progression of fertility treatment cycles while offering compassionate support to patients.
Facilitate complex procedures such as egg retrievals and embryo transfers.
Mentor junior nurses and actively contribute to the advancement of our continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications (Senior Fertility Nurse):
To excel in this role, you should possess:
An accredited nursing qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Extensive experience in fertility nursing along with a deep understanding of assisted reproductive technologies.
