Their Family practice is exceptional, and they are known for their cutting-edge Family law cases. As part of their growth, they are looking to make an integral hire for Senior Family Solicitor to join their family department in Surrey

The Opportunity

This leading firms' Family department have established a strong reputation and are accredited by the Legal 500 as Top Tier. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Family Solicitor to work alongside legal directory recognised individuals and experts in the field.

Their market- leading department have extensive experience advising on all aspects of Family such as: matrimonial finance, children disputes, international family law, mediation, fertility law & surrogacy, unmarried couples financial claims (including children) and pre and post nuptial agreement and wealth protection. They are particularly commended for handling highly complex cases involving significantly valued assets for international and domestic clients.

Recent work highlights include advising a wife in securing a multimillion-pound settlement despite obstructive financial disclosure; advising a father in complex and long-running children act proceedings involving issues of parental alienation and psychological issues and achieving successful outcomes in relation to complex pension sharing orders.

As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients in respect of high value and complex matrimonial finance issues and private child law matters.

This opportunity will suit an experienced Senior Family Solicitor who is looking for progression, high-quality work, and a genuine collegiate environment.

Requirements

Qualified Family Solicitor between 5-9 years' PQE
Experience working on complex and high value matrimonial finance and private children law matters
Experience of working in a L500 Family departmentBenefits
