In your first few weeks in this Senior Export Coordinator role, you can expect to:
Prepare paperwork and all other required documents to successfully ship and clear international orders
Provide first-class customer service and take ownership of customers within the allocated international territory, by customer and country
Prepare cargo and shipments to ship out of the UK through air, sea and road freight
Engage and develop relationships within the sector, promoting the full Siderise portfolio of products
Meet exceptional standards within the team to optimise sales opportunities and convert them to orders
To apply for this Senior Export Coordinator role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
Export sales experience (3-5 years), knowledge of IncoTerms 2010, and air, sea and road freight experience, including customs
An understanding of the Export order process and familiarity with CRM systems
High levels of attention to detail and organisation and excellent time management skills
