Description:
well-established company is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their growing team within their RC Frame and Groundworks sector.
Job Responsibilities:
·Preparation of tender submissions.
·Organise appropriate tender enquiries.
·Administrate correspondence and tender documents.
·Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates in a timely and efficient manner.
Preferred Skills:
·Production of tenders / price from first principles.
·Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office software.
Good knowledge of contracts including NEC 3/4
You’re Qualifications and Experience should be:
·HNC or Degree (or equivalent).
·Proven successful estimating experience.
·Considerable variety in types of work priced.
·Good interpersonal skills and an ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
·Applicants need to be highly organised and self-motivated.
·A minimum 10 years’ experience is required.
