Senior Estimator
Location: WestLondon (Office Based)
Salary: Competitive + Package
An established and respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its growing Pre-Construction team.
The successful candidate will lead tenders across a varied portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects ranging from £50,000 to £10 million, playing a key role in securing future work and supporting continued business growth.
Responsibilities

Lead competitive tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.
*
Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
*
Prepare accurate cost plans and pricing strategies.
*
Obtain and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
*
Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.
*
Prepare comprehensive tender submissions.
*
Attend client meetings and pre-construction discussions.
*
Work closely with Operational and Commercial teams during handover.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a UK main contractor.
*
Strong knowledge of refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.
*
Excellent commercial awareness.
*
Able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
*
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*
Experience producing successful competitive tenders.
