My client based in the Lancashire area has reached out to me for an urgent requirement to bring an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor into their growing team.
Senior Estates Surveyor
Requirements:
Experience working in a similar position as an Estates Surveyor.
Ability to complete lease reviews, renewals and oversee the property portfolio.
Ability to expand into work for new clients and new properties.
Managing and undertaking the extensive consistent work flow from a mix of Property Management clients and also a wide range of existing private and public sector clients.
Job Details:
Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extension)
Rate: £ Negotiable DOE.
Location: Lancashire
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Start Date: Immediate
