We are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £300m and a strong presence delivery for leading main contractors across the commercial, pharma and data centre sectors who are looking for a senior electrical project manager to work on a complex £90m M&E data centre project they have just secured in Berkshire. Reporting to an MEP Project Director you will get involved from early stage pre-construction tasked with appointing and leading a team from a technical and management perspective through pre-construction and delivery stages to PC.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage electrical projects within the data centre sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met. • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with a focus on data centre projects. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, engineering principles, and industry standards. • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. • Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity. • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Commitment to long-term career growth and stability within the company. • Proximity to Acton, London, or willingness to relocate
