The Role and Its Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to oversee a high-value hospital project in Oxford. This role demands exceptional leadership and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of this critical healthcare facility. Upon the completion of the Oxford project, the candidate will transition to manage projects in the London area. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the overall project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring all electrical aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and address any issues promptly.

* Conducting regular site inspections and progress reviews, reporting on project status and performance.

* Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

* Managing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and financial records.

* Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
