They are now looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to take a key role in project delivery, client engagement, and supporting the development of the local team.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:

Lead the delivery of electrical building services design across a variety of projects
Produce calculations, specifications, reports and detailed design drawings
Act as a key client-facing representative in meetings and project discussions
Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, programme and budget compliance
Review and check technical output from the wider team
Contribute to CDM compliance, project risk management and ISO quality standardsThis role also offers clear progression into leadership as the Birmingham team continues to grow.

What They're Looking For

Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (HNC/HND considered)
Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE or IET)
Strong proficiency with design tools including Amtech, Relux and Dialux
Experience with AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit
Confident client-facing communicator with strong coordination skills
Experience with surveys and spatial coordination of plant areas
