Work Pattern: Hybrid Working (2/3 days in the office, usually Tuesday through Thursday)

Role details: Senior Electrical Designer reporting to project lead engineer
MUST HAVE OR BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE SECURITY CLEARANCEKey Respons responsibilities could involve:
Providing safe, practical and economic designs for clients to a high standard of professional competence and in compliance with Company procedures
Producing drawing office deliverables including but not limited to SLDs, Cable Schedules, Material Take Offs, BCDs, Schematics, Equipment and Cable Routing Layouts
Checking of drawings in accordance with Company Procedures.
Liaising with other disciplines as required.
3D modelling in Navis Works, AVEVA E3D, Revit etc
Qualifications:
ONC / OND / HNC / HND or equivalent qualification.
Technical E knowledge of design working practices and installation requirements of the discipline across relevant sector
>10 years engineering experience in the relevant or similar sectors
Proficient in CAD. Ideally experienced in 3D modelling
Knowledge LV electrical design
Knowledge of UK legislation and standards including Nuclear
Personal Spec motivated
Good communication skills and confident engaging with colleagues and relevant stakeholders
Works with safety and risk management at the forefront of their minds
