Your Role:
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, youll be instrumental in driving project success and inspiring a culture of excellence within the team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in the development of innovative electrical design solutions.
- Taking ownership of complex electrical design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
- Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop customized electrical solutions that exceed expectations.
- Conducting detailed technical analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to optimize the performance and reliability of electrical systems.
- Overseeing the preparation of detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serving as a technical expert and resource, providing guidance and support to project teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
