An established SME business employing around 60 specialist staff. The business supports environmental assessments, regulatory standards, and specialist removal, restoration and salvage services. This role sits within the specialist Drying team of 4.

What will you do as Senior Dry Claims Administrator?

* Oversee and manage drying and restoration claims from instruction through to completion

* Handle complex claims queries and escalations

* Liaise with technicians, surveyors, insurers, and policyholders

* Assist with scheduling and coordination of drying works

* Support and supervise daily job allocations

* Monitor SLAs and KPI performance

What will you need to be a Senior Dry Claims Administrator?

* Experience within insurance restoration, drying, and property claims essential

* Experience dealing with insurers, loss adjusters, and customers

* Confident handling complex claims and problem solving

* Happy to be based on site

* Experience on reporting, audits, and compliance
