Description:

Join the Digital Group as a Senior Digital Project Manager within the optimisation workstream. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future experiences for colleagues across our contact centres, focusing on services and technology. Your primary responsibilities will include analysing existing artefacts and best practices to support the Delivery Lead.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and project management within a contact centre or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, financial risk assessment, and business case development.
- Expertise in discounted cash flow analysis, net present value, and benefit-cost ratio calculations.
- Ability to conduct Should-Cost modelling and sensitivity analysis effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, evaluate, and refine the programme’s financial model, integrating contracted schedules for pricing, KPIs, liabilities, warranties, and insurances as they develop.
- Assess and critique bidder financial models submitted during procurement, understanding potential levers used by bidders to influence financial outcomes.
- Provide support for financial clarifications related to suppliers.
- Assist in the financial evaluation of the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
- Support negotiations, including financial remodelling and contract construction aspects such as pricing, termination, insurance, and exit schedules.
- Analyse and assess the financial risk of each bidder, maintaining the programme’s Financial Viability Risk Assessment (FVRA).
- Deliver actual and forecasted financial data, analysing cost and benefit positions and re-forecasting throughout the project's lifecycle for the Full Business Case.
- Prepare Discounted Cash Flow statements, Net Present Value, and Benefit Cost Ratio calculations for inclusion in the Full Business Case.
- Conduct Should-Cost modelling and apply sensitivity analysis (3-point estimating) to evaluate the impact of changes in assumptions.
- Ensure the business case reflects accurate financial data, clarifying any discrepancies in forecasted financial data used by project managers or business case authors.
