The role will involve:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Manage and optimise our online presence across various platforms, including our website, social media, and e-commerce channels.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and measuring performance to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to create cohesive campaigns that promote our products effectively.
Oversee the budget for digital marketing, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
Analyse market trends and customer data to continually refine our strategy and improve customer engagement.

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Outstanding leadership capabilities and the ability to drive team success.
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data-driven decision making.
