Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Media, Analytics & SEO

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing digital agency on a part-time basis. This is a fully remote position requiring occassional onsite visits to the Horsham based office.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on paid media, analytics and conversion tracking, alongside SEO and content optimisation. You’ll manage campaigns across a portfolio of clients and use data to improve performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage and optimise Google Ads Search and Meta Ads campaigns

* Monitor budgets and performance across CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversions

* Set up and troubleshoot tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager

* Diagnose conversion, attribution and tracking issues across Google Ads and Meta

* Build and maintain Looker Studio reports and dashboards

* Analyse performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations

* Support SEO, keyword research and on-page/content optimisation

* Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting and content workflows

We're looking for:

* 3+ years' hands-on paid media/digital marketing experience

* Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience

* Good working knowledge of GA4, GTM and Looker Studio

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* SEO and content optimisation knowledge

* Experience managing multiple accounts/clients, ideally agency-side

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns

Experience with Google Shopping, Merchant Centre, Performance Max, Display, YouTube or ecommerce tracking would be advantageous but isn't essential.

This would suit an experienced agency-side digital marketer looking for a flexible, 20-hour-per-week position with plenty of autonomy
