As A Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will have deep understanding and knowledge of DevSecOps Practices and automated solution delivery whilst ensuring the development activities are implementing the quality standards set by the customer and test teams. You will work within sprints across multiple product lines and developments to take an incremental and iterative approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities
Design and create CI/CD pipelines and the application principles in solutions for Cadent’s business.
Ensuring the development activities are implementing the quality standards as set by the customer and test teams and that identified test outputs are fed back into the development lifecycle as part of a total quality system. 
Apply industry patterns and practices in the development of user interfaces creating a modern user experience that is consistent across all product lines
Improve overall business performance through identifying gaps within IT solutions and responding with new / improved solution capabilities to remediate solution gaps.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for DevSecOps providing guidance and advice on technology and support for the definition and implementation of the roadmap.
Engage with Security Architecture and Security Design teams to define and develop automated capabilities.
Accountable for the integration of platforms to our infrastructure, following industry best practices.
Help cadent on their transformative journey from a legacy environment to a modern cloud-based setup, with a strong emphasis on security-first principles and critical infrastructure compliance.
Act as a lead developer, offering support, guidance and knowledge to other members of the development team as well as the Cadent community developers.
Champion for identifying improved ways of working through knowledge sharing, standards and best practises.
Trusted to deliver a quality and specialist experience, always acting responsibly, and communicating clearly. Skills and Experience Qualifications

Degree in an IT related subject or proven experience in a DevSecOps engineering role.

Certification in security and cloud-related domains is advantageous but not essential.
Proven experience in large-scale digital re-platforming programs, especially with a focus on security transformation. Technical Skills
