Description:
Interim Senior Development Valuer - South West England - 9 month initial contract (chance of extension likely) - Rate (DOE - between £350 - £450 per day) - interviewing next week! Local Authority experience preferred but not essential!
Roles and responsibilities:
Deliver complex and high level disposals in support of the challenging capital receipt targets
Deliver complex land and property assembly
Acquisitions & disposals
Undertake property reviews
Annual valuations
Work independently and competently to deliver individually complex and larger strategic disposalsYour extensive experience of the planning system, combined with your experience in property marketing and disposals will allow you contribute effectively to the team's challenging Disposal's targets. As an experienced member of the RICS, your knowledge of valuations and disposals, together with a proven track record of successful delivery of complex project management, will enable you to make an immediate impact in this role.
